This dashboard is a private internal tool for authorized staff only. It is not a public service. The following describes the limited personal data we collect when you sign in.
When you sign in with Github or LINE, we receive your email address, display name, and profile picture from the provider. We do not collect any other personal information.
Your email address is used solely to identify your account, to grant the correct access level, and to control who is authorized to use this internal system. It is not used for marketing and is never sold or shared with third parties.
Account information is retained for as long as your account remains authorized. To have your account and associated data removed, contact your administrator.
